Before the end of 1978, a new industry was established in Egypt under a special manufacturing license from Panelfold INC. This became known as Naguib Panelfold Co.

PRODUCT TYPES
Naguib Panelfold Co., as well as all other Panelfold’s representatives all over the world introduce, produce and/or distribute four main systems of products:
- Folding doors and Folding Partitions
○ Folding doors offer various advantages over swinging doors, including space-saving benefits by not occupying floor space, increased flexibility as room dividers, and the ability to provide instant extra rooms for larger living spaces as homes get smaller.
- Acoustical Accordion Type Folding Partitions
○ Panelfold specializes in the production of manually and electrically operated folding partitions, designed to provide space division for openings as high as 6 meters, making them an ideal solution for large-scale space management in commercial use.
- Flat panel Operable walls
○ Operable walls provide separation between activities in large areas with top suspended panels that can be manually or electrically operated, achieving extreme heights of up to 14 meters and unlimited widths while offering high sound transmission and noise reduction control.
- Relocatable (demountable) walls/ portable panels
○ The panel system for creating private spaces is similar to operable walls, except that it is floor-self-supported and not operable, making it easy to install and relocate in existing buildings without permanent attachments and ideal for both new and existing buildings where a more static use of the wall is required.
The advantage of the panel system is its 100% reusable components and lack of scars or mess upon relocation, distinguishing it from other “relocatable/demountable” wall systems, making it an ideal solution for those seeking a portable and efficient wall system.
